Why are you running for this executive position?

Over this past year SWE has challenged the way I communicate, organize and plan. I am so thankful for how much I have grown and eager to grow more. Along with this I have developed strong relationships within this RSO and want to make this club be a place people feel safe, stimulating and exciting for members. My work ethic is fit for both roles and I will surely excel in my communication, proactive work and strategies. I am genuinely excited to apply everything I have learned in this past year as a leader.

What is your past involvement with SWE at UW?

I have been a member since freshman year and this past year, my junior year, I have been the VP of Membership. I was able to work with a team of 5 directors and learn how to be a better leader for them. With my meetings with our advisor, Gail, I have learned valuable strategies to implement this upcoming year.
